"At 24, Mattin Noblia may be the youngest restaurateur in San Francisco.
Noblia was bown in the French Basque region, in Cambo Les Bains, a spa town near Biarritz. He came to cooking early in his life, but not at his mother's knee.... Noblia was cooking with his father since he was 5 years old.
"My father never pressured me to follow in his footsteps as far as becoming an architect, but in a way I did follow him because I cook," says Noblia.
This Spring, Noblia opened his hip Iluna Basque restaurant in North Beach."
